Tracy is the Director of Fund Sales and Distribution and joined Alpha Growth Management in 2024. With over 3 decades of experience in the Financial Services Industry, her expertise spans consultative engagements with advisors across the retail intermediary channels, fundraising and sales management. Tracy spent the last 17 years at BlackRock in progressively responsible sales roles, culminating in Divisional Director where her responsibilities included educating Portfolio Managers on investment strategies, securing product approvals at client firms and managing the Private Bank Market Leaders. Before joining Blackrock, she held sales and sales management roles at OppenheimerFunds and Invest Financial. Over the years, Tracy has been responsible for raising assets in Mutual Funds, ETFs (beta, strategic, thematic and active), Separately Managed Accounts and Alternative Investments.
Tracy holds several professional designations, including CIMA® and CPWA®, and has completed advanced coursework at prestigious institutions such as Stanford University and Harvard. She also holds the Series 7, 63 and 24 licenses.
When she is not working, Tracy enjoys traveling, reading, cooking and spending time with family, friends and her dog, Diego.
